Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

• We deliver to addresses throughout Malaysia.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.
• Estimated delivery after dispatch: 2–5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5–10 working days for Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.
• Shipping fee: RM10.00 per order. FREE shipping on orders of RM200.00 and above.
• Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will appear on your order page (use Track Order with your order number and email).

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather or courier delays.

Self pickup

You may choose self pickup at checkout at no charge. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection at:

Services

Services do not require shipping. Our team will contact you after payment to schedule the service.

Returns

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving it at tgfideas@gmail.com or 018-3713384, with your order number and photos.
2. We will confirm whether the item can be returned and how to send it back.
3. Return the item unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories.
4. Once we receive and inspect it, we will send a replacement or process a refund according to our Refund Policy.

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Please check your parcel on arrival and report any visible damage within 48 hours.
